Reporting Service Down Today - Support is Aware

As per the title, the reporting service isn't working right now (at least for me and a few others). Support is aware of the issue. Hope for a fix ASAP.

EDIT: Here is a case # you can attach to: 03909802

And some more details:

  • Looks like the report generator is returning a 502 error.
  • Automation services (like Power Automate) are returning no errors, and stay stuck in an "esriJobSubmitted" state.
  • The service is only partially down. Some reports appear to be squeezing through, but only after a very long delay. The service as a whole is not working properly.

There may be another issue going on; I just submitted a survey Esri sent me and it submitted but the webhook failed.

Sounds like a different issue than this.

But the web hook straight-up failed? What was the error message? Also, AGO or Enterprise? And if Enterprise, was it the new Arcgis Connector, or the older Custom Connector that failed? (may be worth creating a new thread so we can investigate there)

That was the error I got at the top. Idk anything more about it; it was a customer survey they sent me.

As has been characteristic of this year, I quickly got overloaded with work today. But if you are still having issues with the web hook, I may be able to help tomorrow. But if you are already talking with support, they can likely get it sorted out.

Either way, good luck! Connection issues are super annoying...
