Report will not generate, wondering if it has something to do with a multiple tab export

Hello all, 

I am trying to generate a report and I keep getting this error:

 An error occurred when querying data from the feature layer. An error occurred when querying data from the feature layer. 400: Cannot perform query. Invalid query parameters. 'where' parameter is invalid. 

I was wondering if it might have anything to do with the fact that my export has multiple tabs when exported to Excel.

Hello @Anonymous User, 

I am assuming in the Survey123 website under the Data tab you are selecting Export > Excel correct? You aren't using the Report functionality available in Survey123 right? 

If you are still seeing this issue if you navigate to your ArcGIS organization, navigate to the feature service the survey is pointing to, and export to excel from there is the same behavior observed?
