Since last update some inspectors are getting these message when they try to create a report - An error occurred when rendering by the report engine. Failed to render image for ${photo | size:460:0}. Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'width') - They try custon report template and the sampletemplateindividual, and we didn't have success. Does anyone experince the same issues?
The last publish was in April 26, 2026 and everything was working normal until last Thrusday June 25, 2026 when we started to receive a complain from the APP user about the report generation. The error occur for some inspectors, not all of them.
