Recovering Survey123 Connect XLSForms

My computer crashed today and I have been working on creating some XLSForms.  Not all my surveys have been published.  However, for the ones I have published online, is there any way to recover the XLSForm or will I need to recreate them? 

Any suggestions on how to back up the surveys for future reference?

Hi Estella,

Once logged into Survey123 Connect with your ArcGIS Online credentials, the surveys that you have published should show up in the gallery.
