Hello,
I created a new survey in Survey123 using the web designer "Blank Survey" option. Afterwards I Saved and then Published from Survey123.
Additional modifications to the XLS form were needed that are not available within the template. I then made the modifications within Survey123 Connect and published from there.
For some reason I cannot see the exact name of my new survey entitled "ELECTRIC METER CAP REPLACEMENT" under C:\users\your_username\ArcGIS\My Survey Designs. Instead it appears it has been given an html id of "efa3b58afee541...that corresponds to the form.
I've tried rebooting my system and publishing again from Survey123 Connect. Still no change. I've attached what I am seeing in my Content after publishing.
Can I rename this html name under the C:\ directory or will it lose the connection?
Can anyone provide some assistance on this issue and why this would be happening?
