we are successfully using a defect reporting system built with Survey123, along with a MS Power Automate flow using the ArcGIS Premium Connector that writes the data to a SharePoint table when a new defect is received from the GIS. However, since February 1st, 2026, the flow no longer starts when a new record is received.
There are no error messages anywhere, and all connections appear to be working correctly. We have never experienced this issue before and do not know where the error might be. Have there been any updates, or are any known issues currently affecting this?
