My organization members can no longer see surveys I've shared with the organization, or with a group that they are a member of. I still have the Organization tab in Survey123 (web) but they do not. The Organization tab is how they were previously able to access shared surveys. Has something changed, and how can I make the surveys available to my members via Survey123 for the web again?
1. Did you do a fresh republish lately that may have changed the sharing settings? I would start with the sharing setting and make sure they should be able to see the surveys.
2. I am not seeing an organizational tab anymore, replaced by "Surveys I can submit" and "Surveys I can view results for" have them check those and see if they are there.
Thanks, I figured out what changed- there is now a Shared Update setting for Groups. The survey has to be shared with a Shared Update group in order for others in the organization to use it via the Survey123 website. I was NOT able to update existing groups with this setting, so had to make a new group, add all my organization members, and share the Survey with that new group. After that, the shared survey shows up in member's "My Surveys" section of the site.
@AaronWorthley1 Be careful with the Shared Update Group, that is for multiple users to be able to edit the form, dashboard, experience etc. If you just want them to be able to submit or view a survey, you shouldn't need a Shared Update Group.

I need my org member to be able to view the survey and edit the existing entries in the Data tab. This was previously done through the My Organization section of the Survey123 website, which has now disappeared for non-administrators. The only way I have found for my org members to get to the Data tab in Survey123 web is if the survey is shared with a Shared Update Group. Not ideal, and doesn't make sense that this has changed. I'd be happy to hear that there's another way, but I haven't found it.
