Numbers data missing from upload

I noticed missing data from some of our inspections and was able to recreate the problem.  The problem is when you use the appearance 'numbers' for an integer field.  Not sure if this applies to decimals, but probably.  When you enter a value into a field using the number pad and then move on to the next - if the number pad does not close and the cursor continues to blink then the data will not get uploaded.

I've been able to replicate the behavior you're describing.  I'll file an issue to address it.
