I have a problem with an input field that is supposed to be used to enter decimal numbers.
It is not possible to enter the decimal comma in the Survey 123 app on Android devices. No comma appears on the keyboard. If I use the point instead, it also only stores an integer.
I am using version 3.12.277 with Android 11 (in Germany).
The problem occurs when I create the survey via the web designer, but also with Connect.
Field is defined as decimal.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi Uli,
Could you confirm if you are using a Samsung device?
If yes, it's a limiation to some Samsung devices for comma decimal support:
https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/browser/get-answers/knownissuesgetanswers.htm#anchor4
I'd suggest to use number or calculator appearance as workaround.

Yes, I use a Samsung Galaxy S10e and a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. Both of them have this problem.
The problem can be solved, as described by Shwu-jingJeng , if you enter "numbers" in XLS form in the "appearance" field. Then a keyboard area appears, where it is also possible to enter decimal numbers.
Thank you Shwu-jingJeng for the help!
