Not all fields from the related table are auto populated in Survey123

Hello. We are trying to pass some fields coming from the related table of a point accessed in Field Maps to several questions/fields in the Survey123 mobile app. First, we created several attribute expressions in the Map Viewer to call these fields (see photo below for an example).

We then attached these expressions to the custom URL.

The problem we are encountering now is that there are inconsistencies in terms of the fields that are being auto populated when opened in Survey123 mobile app. Some fields are auto populated, some are not. We also tried opening them in the Survey123 desktop app by clicking the Start Survey directly from the Map Viewer, but the auto population seems to be working fine.

We are using Enterprise 11.4, Survey123 ver. 3.21.64 (mobile), and Field Maps ver. 24.3.0.

Anyone who has encountered this? Is this a bug in the app, something's wrong with the data, or are we missing any steps?

Are you encoding your fields? This prevents special characters in your data from breaking the URL when it is passed.

Hi, Jen.

The data is coming from another system which are already existing and manually encoded. We then loaded the data to the enterprise geodatabase. No data clean-up was made except for those with extra spaces.
