My coworker is using Survey123 app and is unable to send surveys from the Outbox. This has worked in the past, but now there is no option to send the surveys. They are using the same network that they have used to send surveys in the past. Please see the attached image that shows the bottom of the outbox screen (this was cropped for confidentiality).
