I'm trying to access a survey that I created and published last week, but I'm getting the message "The survey is not accessible or does not exist. Please ensure the signed in user can access this survey and that the survey link is correct." This issue started immediately after publishing - we haven't sent out the survey or collected any data.
The link is correct (I'm coming directly from the "my surveys" page) and I don't see why the creator of the survey wouldn't be able to access it.
The same issue is described in a post from earlier this year (https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-questions/newly-created-survey-quot-is-not-accessible... but the recommended fixes in that thread didn't solve my issue (my survey hasn't been moved to a different folder).
Did you maybe move it to a different folder after publishing? You cannot move them at all.
No, it has not been moved.
So it tries to load then logs out right away? Like its crashing? That could be a reserved word or code it does not like. Can you post the form?
Yep, it loads for a fraction of a second and then logs out/gives me that error message.
Do you mean the "form" item in the AGOL folder for the survey? When I try to open that, I get a different error: "An error occurred when loading the survey - Failed to load the file unknown. Info file for item not found"
Hmm maybe a publish went bad. Did you use Connect or the web builder? I would try a totally new publish.
This was using the web builder. How would I do a new publish? Clicking any of the buttons on the survey thumbnail (design, collaborate, etc) brings me the error message.
Sorry never used the web designer so not sure. Almost seems like it is corrupted. You could try using Connect to download it but may be time to call support.
Darn. Thanks for your help!
I am having a similar issue. I had just changes some calculation fields in survey123 connect. When I republished the survey i get a similar error when trying to open the survey.
