Newly published survey "is not accessible or does not exist"

I'm trying to access a survey that I created and published last week, but I'm getting the message "The survey is not accessible or does not exist. Please ensure the signed in user can access this survey and that the survey link is correct." This issue started immediately after publishing - we haven't sent out the survey or collected any data.

The link is correct (I'm coming directly from the "my surveys" page) and I don't see why the creator of the survey wouldn't be able to access it.

The same issue is described in a post from earlier this year (https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-questions/newly-created-survey-quot-is-not-accessible... but the recommended fixes in that thread didn't solve my issue (my survey hasn't been moved to a different folder).

@karyn_rosa123FYI, I was never able to solve the original issue. I ended up having to completely re-make the survey from scratch, and made sure to "preview" after adding each question. This ended up working, but I'm still not sure what I did differently (since I can't access the original survey)!

IMO it seems like Survey123 still has a ton of bugs to work out, and frustrating problems that can't be replicated when you try to get help.
