Naming repeats

Is there a way to "Title" your repeats on the form? Where the repeat shows you 1 of 2?

When you have nested repeats it can get tricky for some users to know which repeat to advance? I could probably code out lines around the grey to help organize it but was hoping to label it on the front facing form?
