My survey won't publish and I am waiting for too long

Hi. I'm trying to publish a survey I've created but with no success . Last week I published it with no errors (in less than 10 minutes) but when I try to update it or publish a new survey what I only have is the green circle spinning for  hours 😞

Did you move the survey form out of its folder or rename it?

Can you share the xlsform?

Are you adding a large media folder (tile package?

Can you share logs from Survey123 connect?

It's likely that something is going wrong in the publishing process, without a known error. This is often an issue finding the service, a communication issue, or an xlsform design error. The above questions and the logs will help narrow it down.

I will echo what @ChristopherCounsell said.

But I will also add this: Sometimes, Connect just doesn't want to publish. This actually happened to me twice in the last couple of weeks. In my case, I stop the upload (press ESC), close Connect down completely, go to my Portal and delete the files that Connect made (if you don't do this, any further attempts to upload will 100% fail), then I go back into Connect and try again. Took me 3-4 retries for whatever reason, but then it did everything it normally does.

TL;DR: Did you retry a couple of times and get the same result?
