I am trying to create a form with Survey123 that will allow me to create multiple points through one form, or automatically create another form/record when criteria is met. Basically, I am using this to collect participant's current and past addresses, but I want all the addresses to be tied to one participant ID. I want to minimize the room for error that will occur if the researchers had to enter the participant IDs for every address. Does anyone have a workaround or any other suggestions?
