Multiple-page Survey123 form

I am trying to create a multiple-page Survey123 form using Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS i have tried using the field-list appearance option on begin group but it doesn't seem to work, what could i be doing wrong? I have attached my spreadsheet.

Hi Lukhanyiso

Thanks for providing your XLSForm. To enable pages in your survey, add "pages" to the style column on the settings sheet. Then each group that uses the field-list appearance will be shown on a separate page.
