Hi. I've created a muti-language (English and Spanish) survey in Connect. I made the survey multi-language by using the label::English and label::Espanol columns according to these instructions https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/desktop/create-surveys/xlsformmultiplelanguagesupport.htm.
Upon survey submission, I use Make.com to generate a Survey123 report and email the report as an attachment. Since deploying this workflow, we are experiencing very odd behavior with the reports. During testing, the reports were generated in English when data was collected in English. Now, regardless of what language the survey is collected in, the report fields are generating in Spanish and our email attachments are in Spanish, even if the survey was clearly taken in English. We are very confused. Any ideas?? Thanks!

@ShelbyZelonisRoberson A multi-lingual survey allows respondents to change the language used to present the survey, but the data is all sent in the default language of the survey (except for free text that is sent in whatever language respondents use). Your reports will display data in your default survey language, except for free text.

I actually did not have a default language set. The survey responses started in English but once one was submitted in Spanish, the rest came back in Spanish. I set the default language to English and it fixed the problem.
Thanks!
