I downloaded the Windows version of the Survey123 app today and I noticed that I'm missing the "sign in"option in the context menu, The app version I'm using is 3.0.149. Below is what I've done so far:
Attached are the screenshots of the App version and the options available to me in the context menu. Please let me know if anyone has encountered this issue and found a solution.

It sounds like might be affected by an expired credential in the Windows Credential Manager. Please see https://community.esri.com/message/783651-re-survey123-connect-sign-in-issue for more details
