I have survey where intention is to let people choose location from map. Nothing special in that alone.
If I choose the map which uses our organizations custom basemaps, the map window will just keep zooming out. This effect is seen in designer where I'm supposed to set default extent for the map. If I choose map which uses any of the default basemaps issue does not occur. This does have some effect on selecting default zoom since the selection is changing constantly. Saving it doesn't do anything, only preview or publish will set the extend and stops zooming out. The issue will resume if position or zoom of map is changed in designer. On preview or published survey there isn't issue.
