I used Save As to make a copy of an existing published Survey123.  Save As was successful. Opened the new survey in Design and changed the title, then tried to publish and I get this error message:

Unable to publish the survey. Hide details

Hi @philip_worrall2,

You can open Survey123 Connect:

Create a New Survey > From File (Choose the same spreadsheet that you were using on the other working Survey123 Form)

When the new Survey123 gets created you, in the File Explorer you will be able to see the XLS spreadsheet.

Regards,

Glen

Thanks, I've not used Survey123 Connect before, but I'll give this a try.

Hi, did you find a solution? I'm encountering the same error. It's like the whole file is broken, since removing the questions one by one to try and find where the issue just ends up with an empty, but still broken, survey. Haven't been able to publish a survey successfully in weeks.

Hi @philip_worrall2 ,

We identified an issue that if there are any broken images referenced in the survey, the web designer would prevent the survey from publishing and report the `{}` error. A fix to this issue has been applied to the Survey123 website, can you please try again to see if it works for you?

Note: a broken image now will not prevent publishing and can display in the survey design so you can remove or fix it manaully.
