I am trying to replicate the functionality of a certain app which is very similar to Survey123.
One feature this app has is the ability to have a lookup field which essentially lets the user either select an existing lookup record or create a new lookup record. These lookup records can have as many fields as you want. Choosing to create a new one loads the lookup form to complete before returning to the main form.
This lookup table can then be used across all forms.
In Survey123 terms this lookup table would be a separate survey (at least that is what I'm thinking), but I haven't been able to find any suggestions on how you could "link" a survey to another one like this other app does.
Any thoughts? Using Survey123 Connect.
