Is it possible to include multiple maps in a survey?

I know the issue with multiple geometries has been widely discussed on this forum and I understand that this is a limitation of Survey 123, but I'm wondering if there's a possible workaround for the issue I'm having. Using REPEAT hasn't worked for me yet.

I'm trying to create a survey that acts as a user reporting tool for trail conditions. I want to include maps of each trail so that if a user encounters an issue (such as a fallen tree), they can select the trail name from a dropdown menu, which would prompt the corresponding map to appear. They can then add a point at the location where they observed the issue. The goal is to provide many maps, but only collect one piece of geolocated information per survey submission. The problem is that Survey123 only supports one map per survey and I haven't found a solution.

This survey is a great example of what we're trying to create, but with unique maps that pop up when you select the corresponding trail name. Our organization manages over a dozen unique trail systems, so it would be helpful to not have to create a unique survey for each one.
