We are running iPhone 6s . The issue is, some devices keep the user signed on, and other users don't sign off and get logged off and have to sign in each time they add data. Its inconsistent and frustrating for the field crews, some devices stay signed on to the Survey123 app even when the user goes and does other things with the phone like texting and other users once the user moves away from the Survey123 app, when they return, they have to sign in.
Is there a setting in the iPhone6s that needs to be set? Or, is the setting inside the Survey123 app?
