Is anyone else having this issue?
iOS automatically update to the current version of Survey123. (3.15)
I was on 3.14.xx, and yesterday an inspector couldn't send his inspection because his USERNAME wasn't populating (and it's hidden).
I updated my software to 3.15 and republished it, and he can send new surveys, but the old survey will need to be populated using the SQLite file.
So I republish all my surveys just in case and share this with our folks.
I hope you find this helpful, and I'd love to hear any suggestions.
