Input Date - Mobile View and Desktop View

Hello, 

Can someone please help me resolve this glitch. I create a simple form using the online version and added a Year of birth field then select year only option. 

The form is formatted correctly on the Desktop View but The Mobile View, is  still requesting participants to enter the mm-dd-yyyy forma. Please see attached,
