How to resolve Custom Feature Service submission_URL is not compatiable with survey Table "Name of your table" not found

Hi All, 

I keep getting this error and this is the first time I have seen this before. What are some steps to resolve this? I am trying to connect the survey to an already existing layer with the same schema. All data types look to be matching. If you have any ideas please let me know! Thank you in advance!

On the settings tab the form_id has to match the name of the layer in the service.  If you have any repeats then the begin_repeat name has to match the name in the service.

A tip for linking a new survey to an existing one is to use the built-in feature in Connect to do it for you.

  1. Click "+ New survey"
  2. Under "Organization", select the "Feature services" option
  3. Search for and select the existing Feature service.
  4. Click "Create survey"

As @DougBrowning mentioned, this error is caused by an improper "form_id", as found on the "settings" tab of the XLSX.
