We use a webform to gather data from our citizens for the purpose of signal handling.
We made this in survey123 and published it on the web.
For internal use, we want to use a smaller form ( less fields) but the data should be included in the same table
What is the best aproach ? to make a second form . How does that work ?

Tnxx Ismael, I followed your suggestion and in the end it succeeded. It took me a few hours (trial and error).
I think it only works properly from Survey123 connect, version 3.0.142.
We use cascade select in our initial hosted feature. The new form on the basis of this existing feaure layer starts with a simple survey123 excel, but by coping the two excel tabs (survey and choices) from the original survey to the second form, and then adjusting it , worked fine in the end.
