How does one limit the data viewable by others, and prevent them from editing any data in the Map view

I have published my survey to the public and provided a link to the map.  Upon playing around with it I found that there is a lot of empty data fields because a lot of my survey has notes and other things that don't require input from users.  First question is how can I limit which fields are visible to the public.  Second and likely most important how do I prevent the public from editing my data?

Hi Dacoda,

You can manage the sharing permissions via the Survey123 website under the collaborate and stakeholder settings which create the associated views or alternatively you can edit the same settings via AGO on the feature layer and views in the survey folder.

As for the popup in the web map, you can modify which fields are displayed  via the configure pop up settings in the web map for that layer.

Hope this helps.

Phil.
