In February 2025, ArcGIS released a new feature in Survey123 to Create Hosted Feature Layer Views for Submissions.
To date, we have been doing this manually. We connect a survey to an existing feature layer view using URL paramaters. However, we would like to manually retro apply this feature to couple dozen surveys as there are revision, maintenance and time saving benefits in this new feature.
Unfortunately, we cannot see where or how this configuration information is set up. We have explored the gpkg, info, iteminfo, gpkg, settings files as well as ArcGIS Assistant.
Looking for assistance on how this is configured,
Survey123 Connect > Survey > XLSForm > Settings sheet > Submission URL.
Open the XLSForm in Excel and add/update the Submission URL to the new View itemid.

Publish the survey. It should then change the service relationship on the survey form > target layer.
