Help with publishing error message?

I am trying to publish my survey and I keep getting this error message, see attached photo. I just made a few edits to the survey and have saved and published it many times in the past without any problems. I do not know what I did to get this message or what this message means. Can someone help explain to me what it means?

The survey was made using web designer, it wasn't created using xlsform. Is there a way to have survey123 generate an xlsform of the current survey?

Hi Laura,

What kind of changes are you attempting to make on these most recent edits?  Do they involve rules, and are you utilizing the 'Modify Schema' options prior to publishing?
