I deleted my survey that would not upload, closed out of Survey123, went back into Survey123 and downloaded the survey again and not worked yet

The message you are seeing can have several causes. One of the most common ones is having expired login credentials - can you log out and log in on the app?

I am having the same problem as Cecilia. I have had all of my users sign out and sign back in prior to sending data. Still they get "Getting Service Information". We have verified that they do have connectivity, but it may be slow because it is in Northern Ontario, Canada. Does the connection time-out, or does it test connection speed before transferring data?
