I'm an interior designer who is also involved in the real estate business, and I've recently developed an interest in exploring GIS (Geographic Information System) software. I wanted to know if GIS software can be beneficial for my profession, and if so, how can I learn the basics of GIS software?
As an interior designer and someone working in real estate, I believe that having a spatial understanding of geographical data and mapping could provide valuable insights for my projects. I am particularly interested in leveraging GIS software to analyze location-based data, understand market trends, and make informed decisions related to space planning and property selection.
