Geopoint question map not loading on iPad iOS (WebApp)

Geopoint question map is not loading using the webapp with Safari or Chrome on an iPad (iOS 15.7.1), it's just stuck on the grey loading screen.

I have tested it on Windows and it works fine using Firefox, Chrome and Edge and it works on iPhone using iOS 16.

Any suggestions as to why the map won't load on iPad?

Did you publish or republish your Survey123 form with the latest version of Connect?
