I have two fields:
[code commercial activity] and [commerical activity name] (list of commercial activity name)
I would like to populate [code commercial activity] based on the [commerical activity name] with a relation :
sample:
enter the commercial activity name ? : florist___
with this entry I would like that populate automaticlly [code commercial activity] field with 470077 value
I am beginner with ArcGis Survey123.

Have you looked into using pulldata from CSV? Here's a blog that includes an example: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/use-existing-data-in-your-survey-the-pulldata/ba....
You can either manually place a CSV fileinto the Media folder or you can link a hosted CSV, which is useful if you need to make frequent updates to the CSV. The Work with external content section of the Survey123 documentation has more information on linking hosted CSVs.
