File attachments not showing in inbox

Hi,

I've seen that image attachments for records submitted through Survey123 are now able to be accessed from the inbox (Whats New in ArcGIS Survey123 (September 2021) (esri.com)), which is fantastic. However, I have a form that attaches files using the 'File' field type (instead of the 'Image' field type), due to bother pdf and image files needing to be uploaded by the user. These however, still don't appear to be being pulled back into the inbox.  Are attachments uploaded with File field type not supported in the inbox? And if not, is this functionality something that will be added in the future?

@KatieQuantrell  - I posted a potential solution/workaround with screenshots and xlsx sample in the thread Zach posted above, but can summarize here as well.

Since viewing attached files in the field app is a known limitation at this time, my current workaround to view attached FILES in edit mode from (not within) the Survey123 Field App is to build an html link in a note for the user to click and open the record in edit mode in the mobile web browser
