Faulty map extent on iPhones

The map extent of my published survey is showing incorrectly on iPhones (it zooms out). It was published through the web designer. Is there something that can be done ?

Hi @Andreea_Florea1,

Are you completing the survey in the web app or field app on the iOS device? Also, what version of survey123 was the survey published with, and is version locking enabled or using latest?

Can you share a copy of the survey, if you download it to the field app and then zip up the entire folder and send that, it will contain all the info about map extents and defaults.

When you use the survey in the field app, is the map extent correct?
