Failed to Save Error: missing arguments: formItemId, featureServiceItemId, folderId, or title

I get the following error when attempting to change Collaborate settings.

Could you give some additional information to narrow down the issue:

• Was the survey created in the web form designer or Connect?
• Are you in ArcGIS Online or Enterprise?
• Does this happen to different forms or only this one?
