Facility ID Disappears from Survey when opened in Drafts

Issue: When the survey is launched from collector and opened in S123 the Facility ID present, but once it is saved and opened in drafts in Facility ID disappears. The relevance for the Facility ID was removed so I do not think that is the issue. I am using a SM-N95OU Samsung phone. Any help appreciated, thanks!
