Extra data in survey

I have a select one that if yes is selected then several more select ones populate.  Each one is another yes/no question that if yes then ask the user to enter hours/minutes.  The last one is in a repeat.  There are two blank fields after those that calculates total minutes and total hours.  There are 15 surveys that have no selected for the first question and there's minutes/hours populated.  My guess....  if the user says yes to the repeat, fills it out, and then switch from yes to no the data is still being saved.  Any thoughts?

Do you have the repeat relevant based on the yes/no question, or are you using body::esri:visible or no conditional expression?

The repeat is based on a yes/no question. There is a yes/no before that one too. Did you have a delay? Yes/no. A list of more yes/no questions appear. The last one shows the repeat if yes is answered
