Does anyone know if there is a limit on number of records allowed to be exported from the S123 website? We believe that a survey went over 15000 records and then stopped exporting to Excel. It works OK for csv etc. But when exporting to Excel, a file appears in ArcGISonline content which is a huge file (61mb). It was only around 7mb previously
We can export from ArcGISonline to Excel, but this takes hours and used to take a few minutes.
No other survey is affected in this way which is making us think it might be record number related

Thanks, but I think this is a different issue. The Max Record Count is set to 1000 on the service as described in that article, but this is when we are exporting records from S123 website specifically. We have been able to export up to 15,000 records but seems to have stopped at that number.
