Error when submitting data on web based Survey123

Hello.

I have created a survey in Survey123. I currently have it set as public and anyone can view it; however, if you complete the survey and try to submit it, you get the following error: "Failed to submit. - undefined". I tried making it public, not making it public but it doesn't seem to make any difference. It works great from the app. Any suggestions?

I found the beta version, downloaded it, recreated the survey, and now it works!!!

Are you dreading my emails by now?

The web form is working now.

The odd thing is that all of the dates submitted are altered when submitted on a phone.

For example web version of the survey – I have the date submitted to automatically enter todays date. When completing the form, it shows todays date. When you go in to view the data collected it shows yesterday’s date. It only happens when the survey is collected on our phones. Tablets work fine. Desk tops work fine.

It is just weird!!

Looks like it does the same thing from a Samsung Android on a Samsung browser.

Ok so we have been playing around.

It works correctly on Chrome on an Android.

It is a day behind on Chrome on a iPhone.

On Chrome iOS and all looks good. Could you share the device model, OS version and locale settings applied (language and region) and I'll try to replicate.

Iphone SE running iOS 11.2.6 and Chrome 64.0.3282.112

And

Iphone 7 running iOS 11.2.2

I think we are giving up on using the web form and going with the app.

I also have this problem, I have created a simple 1 question form from my existing feature Layer, publish the survey and it works in the app on an android phone but it doesn't work on any of my browsers. I tried internet explorer , Chrome, and Firefox. I created in Survey123 Connect 3.0.127.
