Error generating reports when using placeholders in Report name and repeats in the template

I'm encountering an error (Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'keywords')) in all of my surveys that include photo repeats in the report template when I try to use a placeholder in the report name. The report generates successfully if I don’t use a placeholder, and it also works if I remove the photo repeat from the template while keeping the placeholder. I’ve been able to generate reports successfully in the past, so I believe this is a relatively recent issue with Survey123. Has anyone else experienced this error recently and found a solution?

I can report I am running into the same issue. I am looking into the keywords stored in my various attachments.

It's a know bug. The issue is using fields in your report name, and your survey contains a repeat with an image question.

BUG-000177504 was fixed lats night FYI, I'm seeing the expected behavior using fields for naming with repeats containing images.
