I'm getting the following error, is this something on the ESRI side or something I'm doing? I was able to generate a few reports earlier in the day

Any updates on this? Myself and many others in my organization have also been receiving this same error message (Http failure response for https://survey123.arcgis.com/api/reportMerge/_printByWordTemplate/execute: 502 OK). The strange thing is that if this error message is received, but we try repeatedly to generate the report, we sometimes, although not always, are able to generate it on subsequent tries. Sometimes it takes quite a few. We originally thought this might be associated with internet speed for users working remotely, but the same thing happens with fast connections. Occasionally, some surveys won't generate at all. This is not restricted to one specific survey. It is happening with many of them. We started experiencing this problem just within the last month.

Reporting works fine in the am and now it is not. No changes have been made to the report or records. My reports contain numerous photograph attachments and image display of the geopoint.
I am also having the same problems with this error.
In most of the case, it's related to the capacity of the report engine. We had an enhancement in the 2.8 release (https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2018/05/25/paper-airplane-day-release-28 ) , the HTTP 502 error should be less seen now.
