I have created a fairly simple survey to use but I am having trouble with editing the data. My field staff enters and then sends the data but they encounter trouble when trying to edit the existing data. Some of the information can be changed but other data fields seem 'locked'. Do I need to change a setting in Survey123 Connect or did I 'lock' something when I created the survey in the XLS form?

How is your field staff going about editing the data? Are they accessing the data via the 'Sent' folder, or have you enabled the 'Inbox' for editing?
Which question types are reflecting the 'locked' behavior?
