Dynamic Note Question

Is it possible to display a dynamic image in a note based upon a unique attribute within a table?  I want to display a jpg in a note that changes based on the ID of the feature.  From what I've read, you cannot use the concat (or any other) function in the media::image field.  There is a hack that requires a question for each image using the relevant field to differentiate them but I've got hundreds of images so that isn't a viable option.  I was wondering if anyone has run into this.

Took me a while to find this... Forgot I archived some old items last year.

You can have dynamic annotate questions though (if that helps).

For example, I have a dropdown where the user selects a room:

abureaux_0-1705082009213.png

abureaux_2-1705082144661.png

Then that choice dynamically selects a room image for the annotate question:

abureaux_1-1705082052660.png

abureaux_3-1705082205225.png

You can have multiple notes and use relevant to show them based on selections. That's what I tend to do when this comes up.

That will work, was just trying to see if there was a way to not have 500 notes in the survey 🙂
