Display performance issue in Survey123

Hi everyone,

I have a Survey123 with a point layer and 3 repeat tables. The XLSForm contains 55 rows, a few pulldata functions, including one with a small JavaScript script, but nothing very complex.
The layer contains 4'900 points, table A has 4'905 rows, table B has 1'456 rows, and table C has 32 rows.

We are experiencing performance issues when displaying our points and the basemap.
We have another survey with a layer containing 5'000 polygons and one table with 100 rows, using the same basemaps, and there are no performance issues at all.

Do you have any idea what could be causing this?

Hi @GDS 

Could I check some details about this issue?

  • Do the performance issues occur in the Survey123 app/web designer/or just when viewing the web map in the map viewer?
  • Could you describe the performance issues in more details e.g. does it take a long time to load/not load at all?
  • If you open the layer in ArcGIS Pro, do you see performance issues here?
