I have ArcGIS licenses through my organization and I am working with individuals at another entity. I created a Survey123 form for them to use and send data to us, and they created hub community accounts through our organization. I added them to a group I had created and gave access to create and update surveys on the form. This was all working fine early this year and through July, but yesterday they were going to use the form and they could not sign in to Survey123 with the accounts they had been using. After entering their login details, they received a "Denied. You do not have permission to access this application" error. I also had created an organization account back when I was testing this deployment and I received the same error. Note that this happens upon login to Survey123, and appears to be unrelated to the survey form or user group I created. My organization account works fine. Has there been an AGOL-wide change to hub community account permissions, or could it be a setting/account management issue within my organization?
