I am dealing with a loading of data issue in Survey123 app on the desktop.
When I open up the Survey 123 app on he desktop I am met with the loading symbols first. I have to click on my username in order to pull up my surveys.
Once I get my surveys, I will select one for example.
Open it and navigate to the data tab. Because I want the users to be able to go here and count the number of inspections completed or make edits to inspections, etc.
Once opened I select an inspected asset and cannot load the report. It just continues to try and load.
What could be causing this error loading the data?
Some more background. My team recently set up named users and removed the concurrent GIS license. Following that I had to move all the items related to the survey into a 'new' group on ArcGIS Online.
I have had mixed results with that interface, and tend to avoid other than uploading/testing Feature Reports. I find that it can get lagged out easily and I'm on a fiber connection. It also doesn't listen well, and I find I have to refresh often when I am trying to filter/edit. If you have a very large survey or a large number of responses, the lag tends to be worse. At least in my experience.
For long-term viewing/editing options, I would recommend trying Experience Builder.
I doubt your account type would be causing any of the issues.
