Creating a table in word

Hey all I am trying to work out how to get my out put to create new table lines?

Currently for repeats it is putting it all in the same row (see below) but I was hoping these could be split out into their own rows...?

It should create new rows if the data is from a repeat....can you share a screenshot or the document to show how you have the template set up?
